RETURN & REFUND POLICY – GET IT FOR YOUR PETS

Returns (Physical Products)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for physical products that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.
